Patrick BLAIN

Patrick Blain began his career as an economist at the French Embassy in Chile.

He then moved to the Renault Group, where he held various commercial and technical roles. From 2005, he was, in particular, Chairman of the Europe Executive Committee and then member of the Board of Directors of the Renault-Nissan Alliance.

From 2011, he became Chairman of the International Organization of Automobile Manufacturers (OICA).

Patrick Blain, an engineer graduated from the Ecole des Mines de Paris, also holds a Master's degree in Economics from Paris and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford (USA).

He was elected a judge at the Paris Commercial Court in October 2015.

Patrick Blain is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Italian and German.
